To our valued customers,
In view of the recent COVID-19 circuit breaker announcement by the government, we would like to inform you that we are listed as part of essential services under "Manufacturing and Distribution - Manufacturing of printing, packaging and pallets to support Food Services, Food Manufacturing and any other Essential Products and Services herein-mentioned".
We would like to inform you of the following:
1. Enhanced 24/7 hotline support for all essential services (Starts 7 April)
The majority of our customers are businesses, and we know that there are many businesses that require additional support to adjust and comply to ever-changing new measures. As such, we will be providing 24/7 hotline support to all essential services. If you need to place an order or make an inquiry after our usual opening hours, you may call 6286 2298 for someone to assist you.
2. Postponed printing for all non-essential purposes (Starts 7 April)
During this circuit breaker period, we will only be printing for essential businesses. As long as your business falls within the list of essential services or have an Exemption from Suspension of Business Activities, we will process your printing. If you are unsure whether you belong to an essential service, you may check the list here: http://go.gov.sg/circuitbreaker
For all other non-essential printing orders placed 7 April onward, it will be postponed till after 4 May. For customers who made orders for non-essential printing and would like to request for a refund, you may request for a refund via email with your order details. We reserve the right to reject orders that we deem are non-essential.
3. Delivery and self-collection
Our office premises remain open, and you can still opt for self-collection. However, we strongly encourage all customers to opt for delivery options instead of self-collection, in an effort to comply with safe distancing guidelines. For customers that still choose to opt for self-collection, please note that there will be measures in place such as temperature taking and safe distance markings. Customers who refuse to comply with these guidelines may be turned away.
4. Placing orders
You can still place your orders as per usual by emailing the graphic specialist that has been serving you or placing your orders online at www.printbyphone.com. In consideration of the viral situation, we will also be keeping the prints for customers who wish to collect after 4 May. We hope this gives you peace of mind that your prints are still safe with us, and would like to encourage you to stay at home wherever possible.
5. Measures that our staff are taking
We also take care of the well-being of our staff by implementing the following measures.
- Daily temperature taking twice a day
- Reduction of onsite manpower
- Telecommuting and working from home wherever possible
- Safe distancing measures and guides
- Temperature taking for all customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders that arrive on our premises
- Any staff who is unwell or symptomatic will be sent home and instructed to see a doctor
We will continue to do our utmost best to provide you with our services. We hope to have your continued support through this difficult time together. For more frequent updates, please like and follow our social media to get the latest details. Stay safe, stay home.
